economic sectors of the field. Having served proudly on the Bargaining Committee for the State of Illinois, I
have successfully negotiated pivotal contracts impacting over 300,000 children across both center-based and
home-based childcare programs, ensuring high-quality standards and equitable access.

COMMUNITY IMPACT & PHILANTHROPY
My commitment to community development and localized support is further evidenced by my strategic
collaborative work. Under the umbrella of the CEDA program, I have successfully spearheaded essential
community initiatives, including managing a vital Community Food Bank Block Grant. Sponsored by the
Robinhood Foundation, I organized and led a dynamic five-member team to responsibly manage a $310,000
grant serving the Harvey, Illinois area. These focused mobilization efforts earned me a prestigious Award of
Recognition from the CEDA program in 2020.
AUTHORSHIP, MEDIA & MINISTRY
In 2020, I formally entered the literary space as an accomplished author and publisher with the release of my
book, Birthing Anointed Angels. Driven by a passion for personal transformation, I am a prolific creator of
daily guidance journals and self-help literature. My narrative and literary contributions were celebrated

globally in 2023 when I was named one of the top three finalists for the prestigious Inspire U Network Non-
Fiction Book Award in Atlanta, Georgia.

Complementing my corporate and coaching endeavors, I serve faithfully as an Ordained Pastor and
